In the finals , it was the red-hot New York Wrecking Crew who would come out on top over the previously unbeaten ( in this event ) Royal City Seadogs 6-2 . Leverage beat KC Missouri All Stars 5-2 in the consolation game .

Divisional Xball Play

Nineteen teams were on hand in Chicago to compete for the Division Two title . Tppcrew and BR Factory breezed through the preliminary round with four wins each in four games . Malicious and GG Factory D2 each won three . The other 16 teams won two games or less of their four preliminary round games . This is truly the one Xball division that is unbalanced . The top teams look like they can all play in the Semipro division , while the rest look all in danger of relegation .
Probably the first surprise of Division
Two play was Tppcrew losing to Omaha Jamz 4-3 in the quarterfinals . Jamz ’ best finish coming into Chicago was 15th place in Texas . BR Factory beat Struggle 5-3 ; Malicious took down New England Invasion 3-1 ; and GG Factory D2 knocked out Philly Corrupt 5-4 in the remaining quarterfinal games . In the semifinals it was Malicious , who had yet to place higher than 8th place this season , over a very tough BR Factory team 4-3 . Omaha Jamz beat GG Factory D2 4-3 as well . In the finals Malicious , coming out of nowhere , shut out Omaha Jamz 5-0 , wow . BR Factory took third .
Division Three Xball saw 33 teams entered and somehow , no team won all four preliminary round games . I can ’ t remember the last time this has happened . Unlike Division Two , Division Three is all about parity . Outside of the Texas Titans , who have only played two
