Pro Ten-Man Games

From the jump Los Angeles Infamous was on fire , winning all eight of their preliminary round games , while scoring no less than 95 points ( out of 100 ) in any one game . Ground Zero Gold won seven of eight , with their only blemish being a 20-20 tie with KAPP Factory . Speaking of KAPP , they won 6 games ( plus a tie ). Chicago Aftershock stumbled in their first game of the preliminary rounds then dominated the next seven games .
The Pro semifinals saw three , three-team divisions , each playing a round robin , twogame series . The winners of each division would move onto the finals . Division one saw Los Angeles Infamous continuing their stellar play , sending Farside and Northwest Rogue home early . Farside played a sold game against Northwest Rogue with a 98-2 win .
The second division saw ac : Empire take care of their business against Adrenaline and Ground Zero Gold , to move themselves through to the finals . Adrenaline won their game against Ground Zero Gold 40-17 .
The third Pro semifinal division was the tightest of all . Each of the three teams won one game and lost one . In the end Kapp Factory ’ s 108 was enough to take the division over the All Americans 103 and Aftershock ’ s 36 .
In the finals KAPP showed why they were the Gold State and Old Bay champions , as they steamrolled ac : Empire and played Infamous to a stalemate — more than enough to claim first-place . Infamous finished in second place and ac : Empire took home third — a very nice showing for a team playing in only their third classic event this season .
