What has made this game consistently unique is the grassroots community feel, the local draw, and the commitment to give back to the players. Many of the players who are regular attendees grew up with Hatfield as their home field, and they fully embrace newcomers with the help of growing their community. Holland hosted a raffle and awards were distributed late in the day. But he surprised attendees at the award ceremony with a massive amount of giveaways. Few players who stayed to the games’ end went home empty handed.
Despite attempts to recognize Holland for his commitment and all of his efforts, Big E remained humble as always and wouldn’ t take any honors for the landmark event. Still, the history made on October 26, 2025 at Hatfield is an important milestone for the local community and paintball around the globe.
Congratulations, Big E. Here’ s to another 20 more.
Oh, and a shout out to the hockey team. According to one of the moms, six of them signed up to return to Hatfield for a traditional rec day the following Saturday. They might be hooked.
