Sunday ’ s competition brought forth a rematch of the last year ’ s battle , putting Justin “ Lefty ” Stankiewicz of Rage In Paint leading the Clown horde verse Andy “ Gold Member ” Chiaku leading the blood-thirsty zombies . The game also started with several members of various teams representing a third faction known as the Mad Scientists . The intense battle began with zombie leaders aligning with the third faction to strategically push the clowns quickly into their insertion point within the first 30 minutes of game play . Shortly thereafter , the clown regime began to eliminate third faction players and gain back valuable ground .
The events first mission started at 11:00am and during this time the battle lines of both the clowns and zombies were divided at the fields 50-yard line . During the event each side was given the task of locating words to a famous scary movie quote . This task proved impossible for both sides with neither side finding any words to decipher the movie quote needed . The action was back and forth during the 11:00 to roughly 1:30pm mark in the game , with each side completing several of their missions . Each side pushed into enemy territory and pressed the enemy ’ s insertion points from different sides of the field . The clown horde organized vicious attacks from their walking tank that was manned by members of Mad Frog Militia . The zombies had law rockets ; however , the walking tank was still able to cause a great deal of damage to the crowds of zombies that managed to push forward . 2:00 missions began and at this point the killer clowns had a strong hold on very important objectives throughout the field . This led to a shift in the tide with the clowns completing all their missions during this time frame and the zombies completing only one mission . www . paintball . media
