Utilizing a non-traditional layout with angeled snake beams and wide-open midfield lanes forced movement from players. Some points were long, but for the teams that like to move, this layout provided plenty of opportunity for exciting matches and dynamic play.

Pro Division

Saturday started with a bang. In a highly anticipated match between longtime rivals Scalp and Manchester Firm, Warren Pitterson would etch his name on the walls of history by topping Scalp’ s Arturo Andrade in a 1v1. Manchester pulls off the one-point win.
Scalp would come back to have a solid weekend handling Attrition and the Droogs with ease. Their 8-3 win over the Droogs gave them a large enough margin to win them a berth into the Ochos.
Joy Division looked absolutely solid at this event. They breezed through the prelims undefeated, issuing a shutout to Outrage
to get their weekend rolling, and finishing Saturday with a hearty 3 point average margin- the best the event would see.
The tide shifted in the quarterfinals- LTF took a surprise win over the heavily-favored Ranger Warsaw coming up 3-2. Ronholt Dynamite annihilated PPArena Pilsen 6-1, stalling the roll from their entire bracket. And Lucky 15s stepped up to Joy Division, making them sweat a bit and tighten up their game. Joy would come out victorious in an intense match in which the 15s made a comeback from a 3-point deficit to send the match to overtime. But Joy Division reset their heels and played a disciplined 2:27 point to stand down the 15s in OT.
The Semi Finals were not any easier. The match between Joy and Breakout Spa was a bottle rocket in action with both teams fully engaged in a blow for blow slugging match. Eleven points were scored in just 11:22. But Joy would come out ahead with a 6-5 mercy win.
