The slow, careful pace of this game was somewhat surprising but certainly understandable under this enormous pressure. TonTon FSU is trying to add a U. S. win to their incredibly impressive 30-plus year history and FIT is trying to three-peat. The teams trade bodies and points throughout the game as it ends in a 2-2 tie in regulation. By league rules the final-round games go to a one-onone for first place. This one could have easily gone either way literally— but it was Scott Stewart of PaintballFIT taking down Axel Gaudin of TonTon FSU. What a game, what a Pro event.
