Edmonton Impact , Houston Heat and San Antonio X-Factor all escaped the preliminary rounds without a loss . San Diego Dynasty , New York Xtreme , Tampa Damage and New Orleans Hurricanes each took three of their first four games . Red Legion , San Diego Aftermath and ac : Diesel definitely do not bring their A games . IN fact , ac : Diesel , who picked up Kyle Spicka , J-Rab , Clint Johnson , Niko Hyde and others this off-season , were probably the most disappointing team to watch the entire event as they could only muster a single win in four first-round games .
In the Ochos , the New Orleans Hurricanes knocked off Infamous 1-0 in the lowest scoring game in NXL history . The Brooklyn Bears sent NRG Elite home early the Ochos .
In the quarterfinals San Diego Dynasty avenged their earlier loss to San Antonio X-Factor with a 3-0 shutout . Edmonton Impact , New York Xtreme and Tampa Bay Damage also advanced to the semifinals .
In the semis , Dynasty took care of New York Xtreme 2-1 , but what a showing by NYX . And Tampa Damage , one of the hottest pro teams since mid-last season just got past Edmonton Impact , also 2-1 .
Divisional Games
In the Semiprofessional Xball division PaintballFit . com , Killers , Blast Camp and Padres all came out on fire — all winning their four preliminary round games . Noobies , Colorado Blitz and GG Factory each won three of their opening round games .
