Nine months ago ... and they never slip . Roughly nine months of wearing them constantly and they are still going strong with zero rips , tears , or loose threading . The quality is quite simply , the best I have ever experienced in my entire life , be that inside or outside of the paintball community . I mean , seriously , they are 9 months old and worn constantly . Look at the picture ! They barely look broken in !
Sizing . They are available in sizes to fit everyone but let me give you some advice . Get them a little tighter than you think that you will need . I am 5 ’ 11 ” and weight roughly 225 pounds . ( Yeah , I need to lay off the biscuits and gravy a bit !) I wear a medium
Hydra Fit kneepad . By doing this , they feel kind of tight when you try them on , but after 15 minutes of wear you honestly forget that you are wearing them . This keeps them snug while working and playing and they have never slipped or needed adjust by me EVER . Not even once .
We need to talk durability more in-depth , and this is one of the concerns that I mentioned earlier . Obviously , they are extremely well made but I need to point out that the grey area of the pad is completely cut resistant . When I met the owners of Hydra Fit , they literally dragged a razor-sharp utility knife across it and it did not cut the cloth .
