The player ’ s staging area was large enough to hold the 20-or-so teams in attendance and the common areas of the site were beautiful . There were a dozen high-powered fans cooling down the site ; full large restrooms with running water and showers are a short 25-meter walk from the check-in window ; Acha Aisawan , the event promoter , field owner and amazing host brought in several food vendors , some of which cooked and served free local Thai food all day long . More than ample parking was available just steps from the common areas and the staging area .
The teams in attendance were Pichaew , Bugsiow By HT , Sultan , Momsaamyoi By HT , Speed , OG Boys , Infernal , Blue Lock , Inception , KU , Asawa , CNX Fox , Ohayo Dragons A , Ohayo Dragons B , Speed Overshoot , Unkn ? wn , Oshiri Boyz , Kalasin
Aisawan , Tubchang and Taiwan Rangers .
The games were fast and furious in all three divisions — Pro , Semipro and Beginner divisions . I am told that the Pro division here in Thailand and most of Southeast Asia is equivalent to Division Three in America . In any case , the level of play was significantly higher here than I expected . And the number of female players and younger players here was higher than what you typically see in the U . S .
The Pro Division saw OG Boys , Speed , Asawa and Infernal separate themselves from the rest of the division . Infernal and Asawa in particular stacked win after win until the final games where Infernal would pull away and win the event . The final four pro teams in order were :
