The Semiprofessional Division
Like the Pro division , the Semiprofessional bracket saw 20 teams battle out for a shot to win the event and grab the early lead on the rankings title race . Last year ’ s winner , Austin Notorious from America was not at this event , nor was runner up Ronholt Dynamite . Other than those two there were many iconic teams present … like Outbreak , Scalp , ALA Warsaw , Ugly Ducklings and many more .
In the opening rounds Outbreak , Germany ’ s Ballern and Jobar Team each won their four games . Indians were the only team to win three . Each of the other teams won two game or less in their four first-round games .
ALA Warsaw , S . L . Benfica , Scalp and Indians all escaped the quarterfinals Victorious , moving to the semifinals next . In the semifinals ALA Warsaw swept the Indians 3-0 and Scalp beat S . L . Benfica by the same score .
The finals battle was a good one , with Scalp taking home the event win , first place and bragging rights for France with a 2-1 victory !
