The ocho finals saw San Antonio X-Factor send the Los Angeles Ironmen home, 4-2. Chicago Aftershock then cruised past Canada’ s Royal City Seadogs 3-0.
The surprise of the early Professional play on Sunday was San Antonio X-Factor taking down PaintballFIT, who won each of the last three Pro events dating back to the 2024 NSL World Cup. No one should be surprised when X-Factor beats anyone, but ending FIT’ s three event win streak in the quarterfinals seemed like a tall task for any team as well as FIT is playing right now. TonTon FSU played a solid game, beating Chicago Aftershock 3-1 in the quarterfinals. Houston Heat would advance to the semis by virtue of their very impressive win over San Diego Dynasty 3-1. And Red Legion simply dominated Edmonton Impact 8-4 behind some stellar play from Berdnikov, J-Rab and Prihidni.
The Pro semifinals were set: Red Legion versus San Antonio X-Factor and TonTon FSU versus Houston Heat. As well as San Antonio X-Factor was playing late in the event, they ran into a building buzz saw in Red Legion. The Legion’ s lineup was just relentless with solid play at all three levels— back, mid and front. In the end it was a tough game, but Red Legion would build a lead and keep it, 5-3 final score.

Not to be outdone by anyone, TonTon FSU’ s roster featured a handful of legendary players as well, the likes of Konstantin Fedorov, an elite player in Pro paintball for 20 years, as well as Fabrice Colombo, Axel Gaudin Sr and a solid rotation of experienced players. And that talent and experience would show, as they put a beatdown on a very solid competitor in Houston Heat. TonTon walks away with a 6-1 win. www. paintball. media
