Unlike Chicago , Orlando , Dallas , Los Angeles and New York , Philly doesn ’ t have a rich history of tournament paintball . But since the NXL has made the Philly area an annual home to one of its tour stops four years ago , it ’ s starting to feel like a tournament hot-spot in the making .
This year ’ s NXL Mid Atlantic Major once again took place in Royersford , Pennsylvania , a half hour or so northwest of downtown Philly . Across and adjacent to the playing fields was the vendor village featuring companies like Planet Eclipse , GI Sportz , Virtue Paintball , Trade My Gun , Luxe Paintball , Ninja , Lone Wolf Paintball and many more .
