. Players poured their heart , sweat and blood out for their teams for 30 minutes in what would go down as one of the most spectacular shows in scenario history . When the battle was done and the players had met at the 50 to shake hands like the thousands that came before them both teams left the field knowing that victory was theirs . Though the eternal glory of victory could be handed to only one team , every player left that field feeling like legends .
Attending CPX events takes on so many different meanings for so many different players . We celebrate the legends that came before us to lay the foundation that we now play upon . We see the latest and greatest product lines that the different vendors may offer or the creations people have made in their own homes . We are given the opportunity to make new friends or see old friends , some that we only see at these events once or twice a year , but we come together as though it was yesterday . CPX does not just design paintball games , they help create and rekindle kinships . They get us off the couch , out of the house and into our own realm of frivolity and competition . Thank you to CPX , Honu and Lani for creating a home for us to commune with family , for creating events that immerse us in a fantasy world and collaborating with the best that paintball has to offer . Thank you to Black Ops paintball for creating a field for the players . The heart and hard work you put into your facilities is second to none . Blacks Ops paintball has continued to provide for players of all types the best fields , facilities and food and we are very lucky to have field owners such as yourself in this business and the community . Thank you to Solstice Law , you continue to write the book and set the golden standard for how to keep games safe , fair and fun . We as players are fortunate to
have an amazing group of men and women that are dedicated to the heart and soul of the game . Thank you to Paintball 911 for looking out for the well being of players and staff , for taking your weekends just to make sure you are there for any players in need . To the men and women that spend their weekend and place their thousands of dollars worth of equipment in harm ’ s way to capture our best and sometimes awkward moments .
The photographers capture our memories for us , they do an incredible job of making us look like heroes all for the chance of compensation by thankful players . All of these aforementioned men and women enhance our experience in ways we could only imagine if we did not have what they offer and they deserve praise . Thank you to all the players that bring the best competition , warmest sportsmanship and every personality a family could possibly need . Dreaded Legends continues to be a household name , a bucket list event because of everyone that makes this event so special . Congratulations to everyone that put on this fantastic event for a job very well done and Congratulations to Matt “ Vanilla Gorilla ” Copeland and his band of Buccaneers on their victory . Here is hoping to see everyone at the next CPX event , Endless Legends , and the next Dreaded Legends in 2022 at Black Ops Paintball in Myrtle Beach .
