When the 2.0 markers came out the spring help reduce the bolt stick and players with 1.0 markers jump over each other with a 2.0 core . Those same players jumped onto social media showing their markers off with the 2.0 core and are still on Youtube channels . Somehow , DLX still had more lined up .
With the Luxe Ice introduction really changed the marker over the 2.0s . The operating pressure is improved by 20 % on air . Reducing the marker by 40 PSI and just easier on brittle paint . ANS gear claimed on their website marker can get 1500 shots on a cold 68 / 4500 . The X-core is used in the Luxe X markers . Once the Encore bolt system was introduced a smoother and easier bolt made this a main shooter for many players . It eliminated the spring and added an o-ring bumper for a softer shoot . And reduced operation pressure with a bigger dump chamber . This system works for 1.0 / 5 , 2.0s , OLED and Ice .

Body Lines And Customizing

It would be hard to picture the Luxe with different milling or a major redesign . There are differences between the 1.0 , 2.0 Luxe X , the 10th anniversary and Luxe Area 51 designs . But the wildly popular Ripper milling changes up the marker . Private Label and limitededition markers have been around since the 90 ’ s but players seem to have gravitated to custom anodizing and laser engraved bodies with the Luxe markers . Naturally with other spool valves . Teams like Houston Heat use ARC Anodizing to custom their markers . But custom parts are what some players are interested in .
These parts come out of Pooty , which is the biggest name for changing the bolt design in the Luxe . They “ supercharge ” the bolt with a different spring . They have a custom bumper and mill the can down for just a little extra volume . Their Powercore bolt mod became common with players that do not just added an accent kit to their Luxe . This requires sending the bolt system out to them .
