combat and all the fun that tags along with that . While I am not ever going to be fixed in my issues , I know where I am at in life to manage them . Being able to share that when needed with the group has helped me and I can see when others post their personal issues . It allows veterans a voice and ability to open with other veterans . One of the hardest things is getting veterans to talk about those key issues bothering them .
And issues with trying to make it a tournament team ?
The main VM line is handpicked . Most of the guys I have known for years and that have shown the ability to win . However , what I love seeing is that on the local level our other VM teams are growing internally and becoming more and more stable . So that means more cohesiveness and drive . One of the long-term tough issues for us , is getting guys from all over the country together and playing . With these guys being local and having a VM team at home , there is more incentive , and they can practice and gel more . It takes off some of that stress of not knowing the other vets on your team for an event .
What was the best event you have played and why ?
The best event I have played for . That is a tough one . I have won world cup ; I have won with my best friends . I would have to say that one of the more memorable times was winning with VM on Memorial Day . That was one of the best wins because it was not able us . It was about those no longer here that gave their lives so we can carry on with ours . That meant a lot winning on that day with a full team of veterans . I have played well over 100 + events so far in my career .
Is it limited to your tournaments , or can you just go play rec-ball paintball ?
VM is all over , pump , rec , scenario games . With 2200 members , there are guys everywhere living their best life shooting each other .
