Paintball has always brought former military into the game . In the late 90 ’ s my exbrother-in-law brought my brothers and I to our first paintball field , he was active-duty Army . Worr Game Products built a pump that was designed to look like a Thompson sub machine gun . And everything that Tippmann has done was around the military look after reliability .
Paintball and the military go together . It is all about teamwork in either scenarios or tournaments . However , just because you are ex-military and think your skills as an “ army man ” will transfer over to paintball , you might want to think again . It still takes a lot of practice and communication skills to be an effective team . The man that knows this better than anyone is Marine Veteran Chris Rangel , owner of Under Industries and one of founders of the paintball group Veteran Militia . We interviewed Chris about the group and what current military and former military players can aspect within the paintball community .
