At the end of the game however , after all of the hard fought battles , the final score was Red - 561 , and Blue - 669 . Berenato , having served last year at this event as an XO , is a now two-time winning Commander , and likely seeking to add to his streak next season .
But as with most big game events , nearly all Florida events , and certainly the events at OX Orlando , the real stories are the legends and lore created in the campground through the weekend . This one was no exception .
Word has it that camping this year included a dumpster fire , and they weren ’ t referring to sloppy Florida Man paintball shenanigans . Fortunately , no one was injured in the fray , but a legend was certainly born .
The next Super Game in the series will be held in Oregon at Sniperzden Paintball , May 2-4 , and is set to include a Night Ops game and Spoils of War event so the competition will , without a doubt , live up to the battle in Florida . Whether or not the festival atmosphere can match Super Game South remains to be seen .
