Chicago Aftershock won their two games versus Rogue and Image . Rogue surprisingly , at least to me , put a beat down on Image . Aftershock moves on .
In the third bracket it was anyone ’ s game until the final horn sounded . With each team winning one game and losing the other it was Los Angeles Infamous that would come out on top by a mere elimination . Infamous 108 points , Ground Zero Gold 107 points and ac : Empire 103 points . Whew ! Infamous moves on .
The Pro 10-Man Finals
The three left standing : Chicago Aftershock ( not a single loss the entire event ) KAPP Factory and Los Angeles Infamous .
Chicago Aftershock and KAPP come out hot , each beating Los Angeles Infamous fairly easily . It all came down to ‘ Shock versus KAPP . Aftershock kept doing Aftershock things … another win , making it 11 straight — this time with five left alive . What a performance by Aftershock . Then again , it is classic and it is in Florida . Shock defeats the field .
Amateur Ten-Man Division
Calling the Pro ten-man “ The Main Event ” should not be taken as an insult by the 32 very high skill-level Amateur teams that entered the ICPL Sunshine Classic . The division is full of upper end divisional players that are no strangers to nationallevel tournament paintball .
