After years of making other people ’ s paintball guns better with products like the EBlade frame for the Autococker , Planet Eclipse smashed into high-end paintball gun production with the Ego , a gun that melted simple operation with looks , features , performance and reliability on a scale not yet available before that time . “ Ledz ” Leadbetter ( owner ), Ian “ Jacko ” Parsons ( owner ), Julian Carr ( owner ) and Jack Wood all played key parts in the success of both Eclipse as a phenomenon company and the Ego as a historic part of tournament paintball , and for this they all need to be included . Jacko played for the UK Predators , while Julian , Jack and Ledz played for Banzai Bandits , all in the 1990s . All are still very active today . The current Eclipse line also features products like the CS2 , Gtek , Etha , Pal Loader , HDE on-field apparel and much more .
