Division 2 Xball

As the proving ground for top-tier paintball competition, Division 2 is often less stable than the semipro league, with many teams only playing select events within the series, but the high level of play is very much the same.
The Noobies were by far the most consistent team all season, and look to be on the brink of the next level as an organization. They spent the majority of 2025 with Louisville Asylum on their heels. Asylum’ s 25th place finish in AC thwarted their season, but they stayed hungry and competitive the remainder of the year. These two teams came into the World Cup as the favorites to win.
The Rejects, on the other hand, had a completely volatile season with finishes running the gambit. They started the season with a disappointing 12th place in Tampa, then topped the podium in Atlantic City. At the Midwest Open in Cincinnati, they put together a respectable 5th place finish, but then dropped a 19th place in Texas. Somehow, these finishes earned them enough points for a second-place standing going into‘ Cup.
Much like Asylum, the Beefy Boys stumbled with a 15th place finish in Cincinnati, but were still in the thick of the competition ahead of‘ Cup. Also in the running was BR Factory D2, the farm team for semipro BR Factory, a. k. a. Jungle Cats, and Brawl, who
