The Pro Finals

Once again , this year ’ s World Cup Professional finals was one for the ages . Historically , World Cup final games have been incredible and this one ranks up there with the best of the best . San Diego Dynasty versus San Antonio X-Factor .
As stated earlier , Dynasty was without Yosh Rau and Alex Fraige but they weren ’ t the only team playing shorthanded . X-Factor was missing two of the best players in Colt Roberts and Archie Montemayor who injured his ankle in early round play .
San Diego Dynasty took control of the finals from the get-go , taking the first three points .
San Antonio X-Factor came to life a bit taking the fourth point — but Dynasty came right back and took the fifth point , 4-1 Dynasty . And just when it looked bleak for X-Factor they came back with three straight points to tie the match at 4-4 . The next two points were split and as time expired the game was tied at 5-5 . Overtime …
In overtime the final point went just like the rest of the match — down to the wire . The game started and both teams traded bodies with the slight edge going to X-Factor as they were up three players to two . Dynasty battled back with three straight kills to take the game and the Pro portion of the National Xball League World Cup . The win would give Dynasty a total of five World Cup wins since they entered the ranks of the Professional division in 2001 .
