But the care that was demonstrated by the field owners truly showed through after a microburst storm blew through the campgrounds on Thursday night, annihilating a number of the popup tents brought in by overnight and daycampers alike. Bryon, Marie, and one of the field managers, Fawn, traversed the grounds trying to save as many as they could. They then went to Walmart in the morning and bought out the entire stock of 10x10 canopies, making them available for players at the field who had lost theirs. It is this kind of commitment that creates a culture of family at Hell Survivors.
“ We must know what it’ s like when we go on trips,” Butler said.“ People take time off of work and spend money, we just want to make it as much of an easy getaway and stress-free time as possible.”
