Paintball Explosion in East Dundee Illinois hosted its final ( at the current location ) installment of World at War on June 30th , 2024 . This game follows 14 consecutive years of the event series , an amazing accomplishment in today ’ s changing world .
This year ’ s big game featured two younger commanders in the game , putting Jaymz Derrick of the Hellpig ’ s leading the Coalition and Leland White of Task Force Legion Milsim leading the Resistance . We cannot stress enough how amazing both gentlemen did in the command box . Not only did they do a great job organizing and formulating strategies for their respective sides , but they also did an amazing job at ensuring sides and game play was balanced for the entirety of the event . They also possess a passion for the sport of paintball that is hard to find these days .
