If the quarters revealed the tone of the division, the semifinals sharpened contrasts. Red Legion again demonstrated control in a 5‐1 victory over the‘ Canes. Edmonton Impact, meanwhile, ground out a much narrower 4‐3 semifinal over PBFit that was quite literally a clinic on technical paintball versus explosive play. That match is worth a rewatch and study for any paintball lover. You can find it on YouTube or mlpb +.
No single line captured the weekend better than the final. Red Legion and Impact would go head-tohead once again, but this time a slightly different narrative underlay the clash. Impact showed up in
Tampa with a roster stacked so deep that legends like Rainey Stanczak and Tyler Harmon actually saw limited spins. J. C. Justin Cornell, new addition Chad George, and Connor Kelley maintained a high pace for them. The talent level was akin to the‘ 24 L. A. Dodgers- built for success.
On the other side, Legion, known for their dedication to grind, brought forth a new weapon from their forge: Thomas Hara. Alongside the machine took the Pro XBall title by a single point— a culmination of their prelim dominance and knockout composure.
