For 15 years the Millennium
Series has been the envy
of paintball leagues worldwide. Great venues, amazing
locations, a well though-out
game format, and attention
to detail at every level has
set the Millennium Series
apart from even the best
the U.S. has had to offer in
the PSP and NPPL over the
years. With events in places
like Amsterdam, the South
of France, London, Paris
and Madrid, the Millennium
Series puts on a show with
every event they produce.
This year’s opening event,
the Mediterranean Cup,
held in Puget-Sur-Argens,
France, was no exception.
From the opening game
on Friday morning to the
awards ceremony on Sunday
afternoon, the Med Cup
was a first class event.
In the days leading up to the Mediterranean Cup the
weather was rainy and a bit on the chilly side. But as things
always seem to go for the Millennium Series, Thursday
(the day before the start of the event) the sun came
out and the slight breeze dried out the entire grounds
of Paintball Family, the field that hosted the event. For
this tournament two turf fields were used, each with
large grandstands for fans, family and friends to watch
the games from. You could literally see all of the action
