We had never been to Indiana before so this
was an excuse to pick up another refrigerator
magnet too! Twofer!!
Our flight was into O’Hare in Chicago and
a pretty easy drive to Winamac Indiana. Id
say it took us around two hours, and we were
definitely taking our time and sightseeing.
Our first impression of Indiana was that out
was green….And flat! With nearly perfect
weather in the 70’s it was shaping up to be

Friday, so we didn’t get into Indiana until
Saturday morning at about 7:30am. Or was
it 8:30am? Strange little fact about Fort Knox

love, and soul that went into this paintball
park! It is an absolutely gorgeous park by
any and all standards. There is a three story

was just them or if Indiana as a whole gave
off such a welcoming feeling. (Jury is still out
on that one.) The field itself is easily one of
the nicest fields I have ever played on, and
I don’t say that lightly. And I have been to
quite a few fields over the years.
There is a large pond in the middle of the
property with a bridge that spans across
it. This is the high ground and some of the
best positions to rain down on unsuspecting
players from, so it was hotly contested all
weekend long. There is a field they call POW
something or another with a few dozen huts
scattered throughout. They have a Hyperball
type field facing the POW cages. On the far
