An incredible 213 Xball teams, 162 five-man teams, 125 2v2 teams, 59 ten-man teams and nineteen 3v3 teams battled across 14 playing fields and 12 divisions from entry level to the top pro teams in the world. Tournament paintball’s largest trade show, featuring NXL Platinum Sponsors Dye, GI Sportz, HK Army, Luxe, Planet Eclipse, Valken and Virtue, as well as the dozens of other companies like Ninja Paintball, Inception Designs and many others were a huge draw all weekend, as vendor row was busy all weekend long. The NXL Fan Zone, Bud Light bar, cornhole, VIP viewing, autograph signings, slip and slide, concert, new product unveils, volleyball and pro field grandstands were the cherries on top of this great NXL weekend. Coming into this 2017 National League Xball (NXL) event the stakes could not have been higher for many teams. A strong showing at the World Cup for some meant a season series title. For others it was one last chance to show potential and current sponsors their value for 2018. For dozens of Xball teams playing their first NXL event it was a chance to see if they belong playing with the best in their respective divisions.
