Photo By Aaron Dill Living Legends 12 tells the story of the Crusade versus Di Inferi with Sebastian “Seabass” Alvarez, leading the Crusade (Blue), taking on Brandon “B-Rad” Paige, leading Di Inferi (Red). The lead up to this game was quite reminiscent to old television pro wrestling. There was quite an active and comical Facebook war going on between the Commanders and many of their supporters. They definitely delivered the pregame hype that any producer could hope for, but could they bring the numbers, in the game of Living Legends the size of your hoard does matter! If you do not come prepared and ready to fight at every corner then you will find yourself getting nice and cozy in the confines of your own base. Come Friday the preregistration was over, and with a resounding 1100+ players signed up it was proving to be an all-out war! most importantly, you have a chance to see friends and family that you haven’t seen in some time. You get to relive the memories of old and get geared up to make some new memories. Living Legends also offers a taste of Legends, given that a few years ago they started the Paintball Hall of Fame and began inducting the founding members of our great sport a chance to meet the people that laid the foundation of what we enjoy today. If you stay into Friday evening you can involve yourself in the Beer Conference, also started a few years ago, it was a group of avid beer connoisseurs that came together to share and sample beers from their areas. It has since grown to become one of the most sought after Friday events at Living Legends, coming only second to the Pump/Magfed/ Mech game. This year players involved in the Pump/Magfed/Mech event on Friday were automatically entered in for a chance to win The Friday of any Legends event is always a Living Legends 12, laser engraved Pump packed full of fun opportunities.
