Your last special character that will require an entourage of armed men/women would be your Hydrologists that required special equipment to draw water samples and turn them in for points. As most scenario players know but some may not, you can shoot as many people as you want throughout the day but you will not win the game if you do not complete the missions. Missions are points and points win the game. The special characters and the ones running missions may need the help, so take a chance and complete a mission with them or complete the mission yourself, become part of the win, become a legend!
