CPX Sports, for the last decade, has been
scribing legends into the history books
of paintball and are already shaping the
next generation. They started with Living
Legends and have since branched out to
form Dreaded, Dead, Mayan, Hawaiian,
Endless and Bones and Ashes. They are
striving to bring the most extravagant
and competitive scenarios to the greatest
fields around the North America. They
bring the everyday scenario player face
to face with the legends in the sport and
they do this by providing extensively
written and produced storylines and
gameplay.
With different storylines
comes the opportunity to fulfill certain
roles on your team. Some players love
the push of a battle, the thrill of war,
and they are content with simply rolling
through the field and gaining territory.
Other players love to play the special
roles in each game. Bones and Ashes is
two companies that are competing for
precious materials in a foreign land. They
brought with them Geologists, Chemists
and Hydrologists. The Geologists were
to collect the radioactive deposits. Only
the geologists could actually collect the
deposits and they had to retrieve them
with specific equipment. This presents
certain difficulties for the teams in that
these specific points, which are needed
to win, are very slow to collect and
extremely difficult to protect. You have
to keep your geologists alive and they
can only collect a small amount at a
time. The Chemists had a much different
task, they could either contaminate or
decontaminate water spots as they or the
gameplay deemed fit. They were given
a specific about of chemicals and vague
information of when they would have to
accomplish these tasks. Your chess match
