THE SEASON BEGINS
It was a tough start for Chicago Aftershock and Baltimore
Revo, each having lost all four of their preliminary
round games in Las Vegas. On the opposite end of that
Edmonton Impact, Houston Heat and Moscow Red
Legion each won all of their first round games. San Diego
Dynasty, Los Angeles Infamous, Tampa Bay Damage and
San Antonio X-Factor each won three of four preliminary

round games. Pro newcomers Seattle Uprising had a
respectable showing with two wins and two losses but
they fell just short of making the quarterfinals cut.
In the pro quarterfinals Los Angeles Infamous does what
they always seem to do the first event of the season, they
won again. This time they beat the previously undefeated
Moscow Red Legion convincingly 6-2. Tampa Bay Damage
just got by San Antonio X-Factor 3-2 in their quarterfinal
