The ICPL’s classic format harkens back to
the mid-to-late 1990s when teams would
play games in the woods, Hyperball fields,
mounds fields and hybrid fields. ICPL
players are permitted to use mechanical
markers or electronic markers capped at
5.5 balls per second in semiauto mode or
NXL ramping mode. For this event three
fields were used: A classic woodsball field,
a Hyperball field and a hybrid field—a
combination of both.
In the Amateur ten-man division PPS SFO
took first place in Chicago and they were
followed by Doc’s Warriors, Thundehorse
and Failure To Flatline.
