In the semipro Xball division Manchester
Firm, the former Millennium Series CPL
team got past Ranger Warsaw in a low
scoring game 2-0. Breakout Spa II beat a
really strong Amsterdam Heat a surprising
4-0.
Thirty teams entered Division 2 Xball in
Amsterdam and only two were able to
win their four preliminary round games—
Scalp and Buzoters—and like the semipro
bracket, more teams than not split their
preliminary round games. Heading to
the Sunday Club in the ocho rounds
were Jets Oresund, Headshot Moscow,
Ugly Duckling, How Big Is Paintball (HBI),
Virst Factory Team, Biohaze, Droogs
Horrorshow and Ronholt Dynamite.
Freedom And Independence, Buzoters,
Baltimore Nasty and Scalp earned the
ochofinals bye.

In the end it was Freedom And
Independence from the U.S. that would
beat Droogs Horrorshow in the finals to
take first place.
Legacy beat Killzone Army 3-2 to take
Division Three Xball and Braindead
Emsdetten took care of their business
winning their final-round game against
Consilium Dei Zuerich 3 in Division Four
Xball.
One of the biggest events of the weekend
in Amsterdam was the Women’s Open
Xball Nations Cup, where all female
teams from eight different nations would
battle for the 2019 title. Out of the gate
Russia and Germany showed their skill
level, each winning all three preliminary
round games.
