A look at an elite scenario team Before we get started, it is important that I tell you all that Yeti Squad is a faction of SAS Wisconsin. SAS stands for Silent Assassin Squad and that is a MASSIVE paintball community which, as I understand it, has about two and a half thousand members in twelve different countries. The SAS puts honour and sportsmanship above all else and that’s why Mike Goodeve and all the players of Yeti Squad are proud members of the SAS. We are here today though, to talk about Mike’s elite sixteen players that form Yeti Squad. Yes, I said elite… because they are. Not just anyone can be a part of Yeti Squad. Many ask. You must be invited however, and then you must pass probation. This is nonnegotiable. Why? Because Yeti Squad takes scenario games seriously. There is a reason why they are one of this most sought-after scenario teams in paintball. They legitimately want to win. They are driven to win. I honestly believed that this was exclusively a tournament mentality and big scenario games were more just for the fun of it. I am happy to say that I believed wrong. Yeti Squad started out of a desire to play alongside like minded, competitive players. As I am sure you all know, there are many types of paintball players out there with various degrees of dedication. That is the amazing thing about paintball. There is room for everyone with every conceivable playing style. You really start having fun though when you are playing side Still… by side with someone that matches was kind of hoping for zombies, but you get what you get. relaxing on the couch watching your TV, intensity, what that intensity is.
