Let’s start with the hard part. The 2019
Paintball Extravaganza saw a drop in vendors
from last year, which was down from the
year before and the year before that. And
with that drop there were less new product
debuts than ever. Ok, that’s out of the way.
The 2019 Paintball Extravaganza was once
again held at the Hyatt Regency Dulles
outside of Washington DC. In addition to
the 33 exhibitors, there were roughly 100
paintball businesses represented. As always,
a full slate of classes was offered to paintball
field and store owners over the three day

event. In addition to the tradeshow/exhibit
hall and classes, there was an amazing
fund-raiser auction for the Mav Foundation
(more on that later), field owner round table
discussions, retail round table discussions,
an industry luncheon, industry-only meetings
and tons of networking.
Tradeshow/New Products
The tradeshow was held in its usual room
at the Hyatt Regency Hotel, though the
vendor area was condensed to a smaller size
proportionate to the number of vendors.
