With a 2019/2020 off-season packed with player
moves, team mergers, sponsor swaps and new
locations for pro events in the US, the upcoming
major tournament season looks to be an exciting
one for the participants and those watching at
home! Meanwhile, the mechanical movement
continues to grow with more events for fans of
the classic format to choose from and increased
support from the industry, giving players with
the desire to compete on the national level the
opportunity to play all the paintball they can
handle!
The NXL
For 2020 the National XBall League will continue
to be the home of America’s professional paintball.
Major sponsors and supporters for the upcoming
season include G.I. Sportz. ProShar, HK Army, Planet
Eclipse, Dye, Luxe, Virtue, Carbon, Tomahawk
and Sup’Air. That’s right, the pro league switched
back to Sup’Air-produced inflatable bunkers for
the coming season. The league will promote five
2020 events across the US, beginning in Las Vegas
in March, then heading to Texas in late April,
Richmond in June and Chicago in September
before finishing out the season with the World
Cup in Kissimmee in November.
