YOU MAY REMEMBER Valken
Paintball’s owner, Gino Postorivo, from his days running
National Paintball Supply (NPS). After many years
serving paintball fields and stores NPS merged with
Pursuit Marketing Inc (PMI) and was eventually sold to an
investment firm and renamed KEE Action Sports. After
the sale Gino took some time away from paintball before
coming back with Valken Paintball. And of course KEE was
acquired recently by GI Sportz.
Even when he sold his companies, he was not out of
the game. He started to use his abilities to reach out to
other sports by establishing Valken Sports, a company
that supplies gear lacrosse, in-line hockey, mixed martial
arts, airsoft, and paintball of course. Now, Valken is very
big in the paintball world supplying paintball, protective
paintball gear, masks, and a lot more!
With all the new stuff coming out, people are talking about
Valken more and more. This year alone they released a
new loader and mask. The V-MAX+ Loader was designed
to function simply and reliably. There is nothing complex
about this loader, like there are on so many modern
loaders. There are fewer parts and fewer problems. It is
capable of 30+ balls per second and 220-ball capacity.
This loader weighs less than 1 pound, and takes 2 9-volt
batteries. So needless to say, this loader was a huge hit
amongst paintball players.
The Valken Identity mask was also released in the past year,
and everyone loved them! These goggles are the perfect
combination for safety and comfort. Its predecessor
the Profit was a hit when it first came out, now it’s time
to move on. The Identity builds on the Profit’s strength
and protection. Valken redesigned the ear panels with
new padding that dramatically increases hearing without
sacrificing the comfort. There are so many great things
about this product that players love, and many more
products from Valken.
