Royal City Sea Dogs in the finals to claim first
place.
Project Mayhem took one preliminary round
loss in Division Four Xball and then went on
to win three straight games by a single point
to take home the first place prizes and trophy.
Royal City Sea Dogs II, Richmond Rage and
Chicago Ambition finished 2nd through 4th
place respectively.
Coming into Chicago Gulf Coast Hurricanes
placed no better than 6th in Division Two NXL
play. They definitely played like a team ready
to make a statement after barley making
the Sunday Club cut. And with a chance to
win their first event they played even tighter, DST Alumni won the Ten-Man Open
faster and smarter, beating a strong Wild Division and they were followed by Outlaws,
Dogs Latino America 3-2 to seal the deal.
