So what was the chief complaint of the weekend ? The weather . Unfortunately , it wasn ’ t as cooperative as the event staff would have liked . With high temperatures and intense humidity , even the most seasoned players needed to take frequent breaks to hydrate and rest . Thankfully the oppressively heavy air of Friday began to lessen throughout the weekend , and by Sunday was relatively bearable .
Unusual weather aside , the event was quite a success . Hundreds of happy players left SuperGame EAST excited for the next year . “ When the decision was made to start an
East Coast SuperGame , we understood that it would take it a few years to work the kinks out and have a successful event . Brian accomplished it in year one !
