disappoint with four straight preliminary round wins. They
would advance through the quarterfinals and into the
semifinals where they would lose to Seattle Uprising 2-1,
fresh off their Millennium Series Chantilly win. Also in the
Semi Pro semifinals it was Sacramento DMG beating TCP
Machine 3-0. In the finals Seattle Uprising continued their
solid play as they downed Sacramento DMG 3-2 to take
the Semi Pro World Cup crown.

X500 EXHIBITION
The Millennium Series has experimented with a limited
paint format they call “M500” all season long with
pretty good reviews from players and industry alike. It’s
been rumored that the NXL and Millennium series have
discussed combining formats or choosing a format that
both leagues could agree on and run for 2016. To that end,
the NXL introduced their version of the M500 which they
called the X500 at the ‘Cup. Like the Millennium Series,
players seemed to like the limited paint format.
