The sun broke out and temperatures jumped
back into the seventies, rewarding the die-
hard players, vendors, fearless referees and
photographers and the industry members
who had toughed it out. The pillar of Sunday
at Living Legends is always the final battle,
and Living Legends X didn’t disappoint, with
thousands of players converging on a mound
between two amazing paintball fields to fill
the air with paint, battle cries and displays of
valor and insanity while spectators lined the
adjacent netting. By the time it was all over
and the last paintballs fell to the ground at
CPX, players were covered in paint, mud and
sweat, and the smiles were everywhere.
The players attending Living Legends X never
let the weather hold them back and battled
intensely inside the net, enjoyed camaraderie
in the staging area whether over dinner, at the
hotel or camping at the venue, the industry
representatives attending got the chance to
see some old friends and in most cases even
play a little paintball, and the feel-good event
of the season ended a remarkable experience
for those who made the trip. Legends events
are popping up all over the country, from east
to west, north to south, at amazing venues
including CPX, EMR and Florida Tracks and
Trails, so there’s a little legends for everyone,
but Living Legends is a game that’s a must-
attend for any player looking for a unique,
incredible time packed with pure paintball
fun!.
