Two magazine
Formats, Two
Completely different
points of view
I ’ve been asked a few times about the
difference in coverage of events and the
magazine’s content differences in general
between the print magazine and the
digital and that’s a really good question.
I’m guessing we may not have spoken
about this enough so I’ll fill you in here.
As you’ve no doubt noticed in this issue,
there’s not a lot of lead time necessary to
put together a digital magazine that has
coverage and content from very recent
events. As I write this on the eve of this
issue’s release date Living Legends 10
ended just three days ago and we’ve got
30 pages of coverage, including some of
the best paintball photos I’ve ever seen
just a few pages to the right o f what you
are reading now. And the NXL Texas
Open, SuperGame 5 and the Millennium

Series European Masters all happened in
the past few weeks—all covered in-depth
in this issue.
In the next print edition coming out in
under three weeks we’re also featuring
coverage of those same events (and
others). But here’s the best part: We’re
not duplicating coverage. We’re
giving you coverage that was penned
by different writers and we’re giving
you photos that you’ve not see in our
digital magazine. Each magazine will
always have unique coverage of events,
products and more.
Ok, this is actually the best part. The
print magazine will also have feature
articles that do not appear in the digital
magazine. As an example, the next print
magazine has an article called “The
Best Pro Season Ever? 2016 Edmonton
Impact or 2005 Dynasty” and trust
me you are going to want to read this.
