Germany that we had just six weeks ago in France. But
before the actual final match it was Breakout Spa beating
the heavily favored Edmonton Impact, a role reversal
compared with France. This gave Breakout Spa third
place and Edmonton Impact fourth.
The SPL1 (Semipro 1) saw six groups, each with four teams
competing for Bitburg supremacy. Last event’s winners,
Vienna United found themselves in a tough opening
game against Redball Paris, a game they lost 4-3. They
bounced back with two wins to finish out their preliminary
rounds and finishing second in Group A to Stockholm
