attack NATO forces and to provide their troops with all
the necessities to battle Western Europe. And now, more
than twenty years after the base closed it looks as if it
was a casualty of war, which only adds to the atmosphere
and gives players a taste of what it must have been like
all those years ago. And although no battles ever took
place here, the dozens of multi-level buildings and towers
in various states of disrepair simply add to the game’s
authenticity. Even today there is a tank school located on
the property. You can book a ride or even learn to drive a
tank. Safe to say this place is packed with history.
