How Much Mechanical Woodsball
Will We Play in 2019?
There’s no doubt there will be more mechanical woodsball paintball offered in 2019
than any season the past 20 years. It’s the new (old) hot thing. There’s the UWL and
their U.S. and South and Central America events; there’s the Iron City Classic and its
rapidly growing list of teams for their 2019 event; the NXL’s new International Classic
Paintball League and numerous other woods/mechanical events for this season. Will
there be over-saturation?
Prediction:
: Mechanical woodsball, Hyperball and mounds ball will remain
hot. Events will sell out early, the ICPL will draw solid numbers, the ICC will sell out
and the pendulum will continue to swing slightly away from arena/Xball/airball and
towards the woods. Now if we only did this ten years ago…
