The city of Prague in the Czech Republic was
the location for the NXL Europe’s second
event of 2018, and the Prague Airport Letnany
was the venue. Located just 20 minutes from
downtown Prague, the Airport Letnany was
the perfect venue for the major European
tournament. The underground metro station
was within a 5 minute walk of the venue
and nearby attractions included the Prague
Castle, Old town Square and many others.
And the city of Prague is just a great, fun and
entertaining place.
The National Xball League (NXL) Europe got
off to a nice start in Chartres, France earlier
this season. It was the league’s first event
since taking the baton from the Millennium
Series this past off-season and professional
paintball in Europe did not skip a beat.

Under the leadership of Tom Cole (league
President), a very strong owners group and
a team of experienced game producers,
logistics and staff from the U.S. and Europe,
the NXL Europe appears to be in very good
and capable hands. The league has already
seen strong industry support from both sides
of the Atlantic.
In keeping with the NXL’s traditional divisional
designations, the CPL, SPPL, etc. are now
replaced with Pro Xball, Semipro Xball,
Division Two and so on. The NXL Europe
format was not significantly different from
the Millennium Series of year’s past. All Xball
teams now play four preliminary round games
instead of the Millennium’s standard three
