being able to work so closely with David
Custar (German commander) was a very
enjoyable experience. Seeing how each
group of players both Allied and German
enjoy themselves both on and off the
field is an amazing sight. Many players
are seeing longtime friends that haven’t
one or more years but also seeing the
new player to D-Day experience fitting
in with their new D-Day family for the
first time is an extremely gratifying and
makes all the work that goes into making
this game happened during the rest of
the year worthwhile.
