in first place or eighth.
Of course the first game of the day on the pro field Sunday
would be San Diego Dynasty versus Los Angeles Infamous.
These two always seem to play each other. Dynasty came
out strong in this one taking out Infamous’ Thomas Taylor
on the break and winning the first point with four alive. But
Infamous came back strong taking the second point with two
alive. The third point of this match also went to Los Angeles
Infamous and it was a quick one. Point number four came
down to a one-on-one and again it was Infamous talking
the point to make it 3-1. Dynasty then went on a tear taking
the next four points and sending the match to overtime. In
a very long overtime match point Dynasty won and would
continue on. Los Angeles would leave disappointed.
In the other half of the split deck it was Upton 187 Crew
taking on a red hot X-Factor and it was the boys from San
Antonio taking the first point. The second point of this
match didn’t go any better for upton 187 Crew as they lost
three players off the break. But in point number three Nick
Slowiak of 187 Crew was able to close out a close point
to bring the match to 2-1. The fourth point in this one
was a long one, with X-Factor pulling off a bit of a come
from behind victory. Again, 187 Crew fought back, tied the
game but eventually lost in overtime.
In the Boom versus Impact game Sunday morning it was
the end of the line for Boom who had a breakout event.
But this one was all Edmonton Impact as they easily won
and moved on 7-1. Ac Dallas drew one of the best teams
