A minor tooling alignment issue can cause an internal ridge in this part to be thinner than its design parameters permit. A mis-machined part under the stress of use can become broken resulting in a pressure imbalance pushing with more force than normal on the rear of the bolt assembly. We have received several reports of Main Chambers failing. In all of these instances the part ejected from the back of the marker with force.
