As always in the CPL eight pro teams advance to Sunday play and at the Campaign Cup those teams were TonTons, Impact, Heat, Syndicate, Breakout Spa, ML Kings, Scorpions and PPArena Pilsen. First up were Toulouse TonTons versus Scorpions Milano and Edmonton Impact versus PPArena Pilsen in the split deck format. And neither game was particularly close. TonsTons beat Scorpions by three and Impact shutout PPArena Pilsen 5-0. In half of the other split deck matchup ML Kings gave GI Houston Heat 98 paintball.media magazine a real scare but were not quite able to pull off the upset, losing 6-5. The second half of that match saw Breakout Spa dominating Frankfurt Syndicate 6-1.
